Our Values
We value the natural resources of New Jersey and we value collaboration, leadership, innovation, balance and education as essential tools for sustaining the health of our environment for future generations.
Educational ProgramsAs part of the NJACD's public outreach, the Association has several educational programs geared towards youngsters. The Conservation Poster Contest engages students in grades 2-12 in environmental subjects. The New Jersey Envirothon tests high school students' environmental knowledge with current issues of the day and prepares them for careers in natural resource management. The Memorial Conservation Scholarship helps students pursue these goals as they move on to college.
